I have checked out a few places and the one that seemed to have a variety of choices with material like leather ,cloth , or just the regular cover.they also do custom stitching , names or whatever design you want. They said they would make them for the bomb.check out razorbackatv they have some sharp looking stuff. The other one was verdepowersports but they only had set designs.

If you want something totally custom, any local upholstery shop can should be able to make one.
If you give them the one that you are currently using for a pattern, they should be able to do it.
I took mine to a guy that generally upholsters boats, because I needed special colors to match my paint.

I just had basic material and colors. No flames stiched in or anything. Although it was an option.
I went down looked at all the colors he had, found what I wanted.
He had to order the material. He called when it came in. I brought down my seat, which was also broken, gave it to him.
Two days later, it was done. Seat repaired also.
Total material and labor. $54.

Hmm...might have to look into that. I do love jet trim seats (hightowers is very very nice) but I just cant see spending the cash right now.
One thing I was considering was adding a tiny bit of foam toward the front of the seat, to get rid of a little bit of the dip. (towards the end of rides when i start to tire a bit, I dont have the energy to keep myself from damn near sitting up on the tank lol)
