dont quote me on this but i think that sensor is like 45 dollars, there is a thread on here about a guy heating his sensor on the frying pan and pushing an allen wrench key up inside the tip, i guess all there is is a spring and a cap that moves when it gets pressure and sometimes the oil in it gets kinda thick and gummy, maybe try cleaning it for free first?
