were you holding your carb wide open when you cranked it? did you try putting a teaspoon or two down the plug hole then trying it too see it the compression goes up, I did that and mine went up I dont remember to what but it was above 200 and that was with the decom lever deactivated, sorry i wrote earlier that it was activated but i meant deactivated,
