The two fuses I can think of are just under the top of the frame to the sides of the air box. One is for the lights, the other is the main fuse. Though if those were out, you probably wouldn't have any power at all if I recall correctly.

 

Just got my Big Gun CDI and pluged it in. After I turned the gas back on it cranked right up and ran. All I can say is that the OEM CDI can and does go bad and when checking for problems like mine it should not be ruled out. I want to thank those who offered their help and advice.
