Blackhawk, I forgot about that, but I'm sure i'm still in adolesence, lol!

Marky i'm hip on the different locations. St. Anns might just be a little too far for the south guys, but thats a great place. The Utah dunes are more centrally located for everyone, and it has a far better hill for racing than St Anns. Either way I'm hip.

Budtbar, we did meet but you were pretty consumed with trying to get the quads working with Kelly. Sorry to hear about the other machine, I was wondering why I didnt see you out later on saturday. But good luck with them turbos.

Teebone, I got two pics of all the guys on the quads, I couldnt fit it on one picture since I couldnt get on the trailer. I'll post them shortly.

Matt,

No problem. By the way, thank you and Blackhawk for your time with one of the items. Thank you Jed for your testing and expertise with the other item.... Wish I could say more.

Next time I'm going to tent this event or have a cargo trailer. I'm not sure I want to hear Sandaholics Corn and Gerbal stories, but you never know.

Jed,

How about you and your bro get with Sean and start considering a Utah version of DS Days. Just a suggestion - let me know if I can help.

So no one passed out???? You bunch of lightweights errr maybe its heavyweights and I am the lightweight? Either way, I am very disapointed in noone having an affair with a garbage can so they can get all the jokes for a change LOL.

DSa, I about got sick when I read you got in a wreck, be expecting a phone call. Man I hope your alright!

Jed, sounds like your moving right on up in the DS community. Cant wait to get to ride with ya.

Sounds like I missed out but where are all the serious grudge matches or people trading wins and stuff??? Was there no real good races? How did the DS's do against the YFZ's and the Honda thing? Anyone tie up with one of the new craptors? Or see one run? We got the idea that everyone had fun and the thank you's are done. NOW lets hear the real DIRT!!

Sounds like Kelly still cant the DS turbo's to run. BIG SUPRISE THERE!

Demon, the only thing I lost to was a 450 bike. Kelley has the bikes putting out the power, but still cant get to the top first. However we never did race mine against the 727 turbo, nitrous raptor. But he was pulling the hill at a much higher mph than me. But since we didnt line up who knows who would have been to the top first. And to be real honest, there just wasnt alot of competition for the bikes we brought. On all motor Matt and Jeremey had alot of fun racing all the 450's that were there, but on nitrous were just to much for most.

I think next year there is going to be some even more impressive bikes. Its not that no one is fast, some of the bikes there were alot faster than machines from last year, its just most just want a good dune quad. I will be going full drag next year I think, so it should be fun. We sure missed ya though.

Oh and Matts wreck. Five quads took off before he was ready, so he was pulling on them all the way up, and just at the shut down area, the quad to his right didnt know he was there since he took off so long after them, and didnt even look to see if anyone was there and instead of going around all the people at the top, just made a hard left turn right in front of Matt still going full speed. Now let me tell you, if that dumb azz didnt have nerf bars, that leg of his would have been removed, matts bumper hit that bar dead on and pitched both bikes up hill. It bent the bar, and peg up about 6 inches, and made a small scratch on matts bumper, gotta love them ds's. Anyhow matt came away with a jammed finger, a seriously bruised leg and asore shoulder. The other gentlemen was nocked out, and from what I understand might have lost a few more brain cells. His right eye looked like Mike Tyson made his way with him. After words Matt got on his quadand raced the rest of the night. He's my hero!!

What can say, I guess DS days for me is to see who beat who and get the races on! I love the competition of it. I think next time I go I will NOT be getting smashed tho like times past hehehehe. Actually the wife didnt have anything to do with me not coming, I could have went, it was missing the time with my daughter that made me stay.

BUT....

The weekend was not a total loss. See my BF750 thread i am about to type up. I am so pumped!

Thanks for the report Jed! Now thats what I am talking about. Kinda glad I didnt see the wreck. Matt is a brother to me to the bottom of my heart and I woulda went into shock I think.
