What makes you think its shot? Slipping? What horsepower? IF a stock clutch with 60% springs can live three years on a 75-80ish hp motor, i'm sure this can last more than 3 rides. Hope its not just out of adjustment.

3 RIDES !!!!! Just pulled her down and threw away the shot barnett fibers and steel plates. Boy they stunk!!!! Oil smelled really bad too..... Really started to notice it at Dune Fest on the long 4th gear climbs. Oh well,I will put OEM plates back in and hope that sombody will step up with a new clutch setup soon. Donal, alot of people are having good luck with the 9 disk setup and stiffer springs. A few things could be happening with yours; you are getting crazy amount of power out of your setup, running the wrong oil, or don't have it setup with the correct tension.

After washing off the plates in solvent I noticed that 3 of the metal plates are cracked almost in half. As soon as I get off this computer I am installing all new oem ,except the springs...

Put up a pic of those cracked plates. Where did they crack, at the tabs?

How high of boost are you running in that thing!
