removing castle nut
My front hubs are like that, you have to get a really thin walled socket to fit kind of inside the hub and onto the nut... Maybe on the '05s the axle hubs are the same way? My socket just wasn't quite small enough, and I ended up cracking off a bit of the hub. It's the little lip that the rubber hub cover sits on. Come to think of it, perhaps the rear hubs on mine are the same way.
Either way, there will be a socket that fits inside the lip. if you can't find one, or are tired of looing, take the one you have, and pound it inside. Who needs dust covers anyways... :;

woah then thats way too thick. The one I used was just a *** hait too big, and i probibly had it in far enough to get away with it, but i had to give it more whack.
I'm sure someone close by you will have one, if not, perhaps it's time for that socket to meet the bench grinder and lose some weight... hehe
