Picked up a stage 1 kit.
I just purchased a TM45 carb and a CDI box from Ron Woods.
I have the Ron Woods pipe all ready and will be installing this myself.
I am getting the carb, the intake, a new throttle cable and the RWR cdi. Is there anything that I will need to keep in mind when this gets installed?
Jetting? Clearance issues? I have read quit a bit about the pumper issues but dont quit get what is being said.
Help a brotha out.
Its a 2001 DS and has been taken down 1 tooth in the front and I spend mosty of my time at Glamis.

Hey there downhillin1,
I am still amazed with the performance gain from a stock 35 to --> 51 horse just with this one upgrade alone

I opted to try and get the bike in the ball park as far as tuning goes but getting her Dynoed was the best bet for me as I just don't have the time and open land to perform the seat of the pants testing.
Life is good.
