Before you guys start in with the put yourself on Jenny Craig wise cracks.

I was wondering just how you guys are shaving so much weight off of your DS's, and if after doing so are they still safe to take out on the trail without something breaking. Where would I start?

Mongo, you will save yourself a lot of money and time if you know exactly what you want to do with the DS. I mean, if you want to dune it..we can help or if you want to drag it...we can help. Im just throwing out some scenarios.

Well I do alot of drag racing, but I still use it for hill climbing and hi speed wash runs, very very little trail riding.

Well, now with that in mind. Take a look at the thread that Sandbomber started and he has listed every last lightweight part that he has put on his pig. Im sure he will let you know where to get each part from via a couple of PM's!
