I own a 2000 bombardier DS 650, this weekend I was riding and it started sputtering like it was running out of gas. we took it to the gas station filled it up and road again. I road it for about 15 minutes and it started to do the same thing again and it wasn't out of gas, and the gas was on. after it died it wouldn't do anything at all. the fan wouldn't run and the starter wouldn't turn it over. Can you give me a good guess of what the problem might be? Oh, and also will the four-wheeler push/pull start if the starter is bad?

could be- Rectifier, bad ground from battery,The last time i pulled started on of my Ds's I sheered the woodruff key on the crank. If it idles ok then when you rev or ride it the ground looses contact due to vibration. Just a suggestion, hope it helps. Also, You may want to check your fuses under the seat.
