Default ondunes?

i ordered some rw 60% springs, and that was saturday, and ondunes has never contacted me to tell me if they approved my payment or not. im asking if it usually takes this long or what? because i really wanted them by sunday but it looks as if this is not going to happen

Looks like you can call them. If you sent in your order, it says that it usually takes 1-2 business days to ship. So, if you ordered them on Saturday, It wouldnt ship until tuesday. If you chose ground shipping, it would take 3-5 business days after that to receive them. But, like I said, call them, they have a contact us page.

Call glenn. Ron is on vacation.I just talked to him and felt bad interupting his
vacation.Great service though to take the time to talk while with the family.

Ron will be back and ship the springs out next week. Sorry for the delay we all have to have a vacation now and then. Call if I can help

Ive had the best service EVER with ondunes. Ya just have to understand shipping. I always get everything upgraded freight cause I have no patients.lol

Hi Guys, Aloha from Maui, just a quick note to let everyone know that I am still "on the job". I brought my laptop and have been processing orders, any order that can be drop shipped from a maufacturer or distributer directly to our customer should be on the way. All other orders are in inventory in my shop or will be waiting for me when we get home Sunday.
I travel quite often because of our cranberry business and my wife, son, or office manager takes care of shipping for me but this time were all traveling together, there's no one home.My apologies for the shipping delays, the UPS dude will have a big load Monday! thanks Ron. Steven I left you a phone message.
