While I am all for finding new products and improving upon old ones, yjacket... you amaze me. You went from knowing nothing about the rotax to becoming an expert in just 5 months and 450+ post. While you may have a lot of great info to bring to the forum, I feel you go about it all wrong. In my opinion you personally have filled this forum with more worthless post and make this great forum closer and closer to the Yamaha forum

I can hear the turbo spinning faster than before at low engine RPM. Low RPM EGT was up 200-300 degrees so it's making more power for sure. (EFI is running open loop, haven't richened up yet).
More updates to come soon...

Why would you put a sleeve in a 730 jug when it can simply be re nikisil'd and honed for $200. This could be done unlimited times and would be way cheaper than sleeving. Am I missing something here??

105.5mm to 108.5mm is 3mm difference. So if you took 1.5mm from the cylinder wall you would gain 3mm in diameter. Eric said the 730 wall thickness is around 0.3" = 7.62mm. So 7.62mm - 1.5mm is 6.12mm.
So am I any where near correct?
Now this all assuming that the 108.5mm jug is just a bored over 105.5mm jug.
