Used for road racing mainly.
Stiff response (can lock up easy), no visual feedback of liner wear like exterior of rubber lines, expensive, and end fixtures need to be perfect or will leak.
Other than that they look cool. I like them, but I'd prefer cast iron disc brakes. $280 for both of mine from UK. Don't know about quads. Best brake investment, since SS a crappy brake disc material.

Not expensive and dont leak but do feel alot more firm. They do not lock up easier they act like the stockers but when you use the stockers alot in the heat they get soft due to the line being rubber. I think they are a good investment and they look alot better

I have the good ones on my EX - Like everyone else has concluded, positive brake response, not mushy at all. Very durable, and also very expensive. Mine also have a red clear coating on the outside of the stainless steel mesh - so they are very protected and look good too.

not to sound stupid or anything but if they make steal braided brake lines you would think that someone would make steal braided oil lines. oil is oil it has different vescosities but other than that its the same. all they have to do is make a braided line with a bigger diameter. they make them for the nitrous so why not the motor oil.

Oil is not under the kind of pressures you see with brake lines or Nitrous. the brade keeps the line from expanding under pressure.
