Ron, I know your ramping up for the upcomming events, Thats what its all about. I like to find new power curves and tecknology.

Im not talking about your upgrades as far as nos, I was wondering about what you plan on doing with your motor. I predict the new race head and possibly a stroker. Am I fishin with the right bait? Too thick of line? Or too short of liter....LOL

I know you wouldnt sit back and run what you currently are running. If your like me you have the upgrade sickness. I feel violated if my bike isnt on a dyno a few times a month.

Ds days is gonna be fun, Im trying to go with bigdaddy up to the higher dunes tomorrow in coral pink so we can lay the smack down with his new ride.
Yep. I am ramping up. It takes a long time to get a stroker built. I haven't talked with HPR about them building me a new 800 or 855 stroker yet but I am quite sure there is no way to get one built by Dunefest or DS days. I would feel lucky if I could get one for 4sw. Maybe I am way off on my time estimations though..............then there is the cost.

I will say though that the stroker is the ultimate for a race motor. I would never recommend it for a duner. It is not cost effective for duning.

We are just having fun Mario is a friend The difference between a Predator and DS is, the Preddy takes being called pretty as a compliment........the DS is insulted by such a description.

Cost effective. . . what in this sport is cost effective

I probably dune my stroker as much (if not more) than anyone out there.

I ended up building and building then lost interest in the drag racing thing and now I just like to dune. Honestly, I never really had that much interest in the drag racing thing. . . an opportunity presented itself and the bug got me. I love the power of the stoker but, I'm probably the easiest big bore for anyone to beat. . . not to take that away from anyone that has beat me, it's just that I don't run ultra light anything or extended swinger, etc. etc. etc. I've sold off most of the light stuff and stick with the reliable.

I just hope I can get a good amount of life out of this build now that I have it. All I wanna do is dune with my friends and family.

I agree though Nut. With what is available now, the big-bore stroker can be a lot of money to spend on a bike if you are just looking for more power to dune with.

I do know a guy looking to sell an 830 (Pami) that is race ready though

I should have clarified, I was referring to 8mm or 10mm strokers that really need back cut tranny's, lightened flywheels, and case mods. They run good but you sure have to be committed to the sport. It wouldn't surprise me if an 800 stroker costs close to $9k.

Duneme, I saw the video of you running choke. Your bike looks fast

Really hope I can make it to DS Days this year. Never been to that hill in Utah but it sure sounds fun!!! Need a nice long hill like that to really open her up.
