I think you wont have a problem at dunefest with out of state tags, as long as you have your Drivers Licence on you that matches the state with the tags

 

That is good but what if you are can't get tags in your state?

No Nevada dosent, and getting a Nevada bike done through the California DMV sucks trying to get green stickers!

 

Ok, well, I guess you might have to get a sticker to be safe. Thats a tough one - Im not sure I would if I were in your shoes.
