Sounds like your float is stuck, or set too high. Check to see if its at the line on the side of the float bowl.

A rich condition shouldn't yield that result. Viper's got you going in the right direction. Is it hard to start? Are your vent lines open and clear of any debris? Just thinking out loud Dragon.

Let us know.

Vent lines are clear. Those were dripping fuel to, would that lead to same conclusion....

Yep, sounds like your floats too high. Make sure you check your oil after you get this fixed. If you have fuel in your exhaust, its likely its in your oil too. Just smell it, and change it if its in there.

If anyone has had the float bowl off on one of these it is easy to lose track of how the parts fall out............

Make sure the floats are not turned around backwards. That will greatly effect when they cut fuel............
