Yea i saw the same thing and got on-line during the infomercial and registered, but when I went to print out the coupon, the page errored. I've got the info sent, just no certificate. I've already bought a new one(outty) and am gonna keep callin them(BRP) until one of those rude Canadian opererators helps me out.

Hope this is not too late of a post for you on this topic. Just saw it tonight. The website where I got mine from is www.outlandertvoffer.com At first, it did not work on my computer either. Got the error you did. I went to another computer and it worked as it should. Go figure!!! Both PC's running same programs/software. I called the 800# before I got the certificate to print out--think I threw out the number after getting certificate in mail last week. If you want, I will look for it.
