Dura blue makes an axle for the DS650 and DG had one in stock last week 800 854 9134 sorry dont know the price.Yamaha has always been good about covering there product under warranty I have owned several and very pleased overall. The raptor does have a tendacy to tip in turns not just my opinion but most magazines agree and I quote from jan.4 wheel action CTs first stab at improving the raptors stability was replacing the stock front shocks and noticing the raptors narrow track CT installed 2 inch wider a arms to give the quad a broader more tip resistent platform.A 4 inch wider rear axle does the same for the rear.Douglas rims also increase the front and rear width, bringing the front track from 36.3 to 42.0.the rear track grew from 33.1 to 39.1.But I am not knocking it, the Raptor is a great quad and we should appreciate all machines.Back east the narrow track would be a plus.

ezwheeler,i told my dealer about your problem and he told me that the reason why they wouldnt cover it was because theyve never had anyone to bend an axle.so they assume that you really abused it to bend an axle the reason yamaha is covering theirs is because they had ALOT of bent axles and they know its their fault.but the bomb people have only heard of one so they assume extreme abuse.dealer also said the aftermarket companies probably wouldnt make an axle because theres no demand for them.so why build something no one needs.my dealer also quoted me a price of $310 on stock axle, dont know about any other parts.his no. is 270-462-2528 in Kevil,Ky.hope this helps.

thanks a lot for the info chop.i can understand your dealers reasoning.but the fact is i really honestly did not abuse it.is bombardier saying that every axle they have made is without flaw?it sounds like it.dura blue offers the eliminator as a replacement.it is stronger and cheaper!thanks again for your time and input.i wish bombardier would care a little more.i picked up my ds from the dealer today and had to pay $60.00 to get it back.once i got it home i noticed they put 1 back wheel on backwards.i am not impressed to say the least.
