720 Aluminum Bore Build Costing
I've got a similar build to ERBE's consisting of 11.5 cr 105 bore piston a steel sleeve not aluminum, web 109's, tm45, woods pipe, big valve ported head, pump 92 gas. 61.7hp. 52.3tq. Above 58hp from 6000 to 9000 where it was shut down. Don't know how far it would've kept pulling if we would've runit to 10,000. Pretty happy overall.

Just dynoed my DS, it has a Aluminum sleeved 105 (720), 13.5 pison, web Custom Cams, tm48 F&L fuel 110, woods pipe, big valve ported head with shim unders. Max HP was 64 @ 7900 and signs off like a nose bleed at 8500. Max torque was at 54 ftlbs.
Stock Tires and gearing was 15/42 I havent picked up the quad yet or the sheet to post will do so, this was not done on a Dynojeyt Dyno but im happy with the numbers.
Mario may be right I might play with a different grind on the cams and legthen the duration just a bit more.

Nice numbers!! I gaurantee you lost some due to tires. The dyno I ran on is a 5 hp difference between the stockers and a flat track tire. I'm surprised you fell off at 8500 mine was stll flat lined at over 9000 when we shut it down.
