Default can-am parts

i really love my 500xt everything about it except one thing. why does it take 2 to 3 weeks just to get the simplest of parts. i know florida is a ways from canada, but why so long. i didn't do myself any favors hitting a tree last weekend at 30 mph either. but with the 1000.00 in parts i just ordered,i hope i'm not 60 before they get here. anyone else having this much trouble geting there parts or is it just me. or am i the only one to take a bike with 50 hours on it to climb trees? lol live and learn

Default can-am parts

What a coinsidence.... i ordered a new CDI cuz mine fried- today i found out it's going to take at least another week before i get it because can-am has focussed too much on manufacturing/assembling quads, and now there are almost no replacement parts left over to ship to the dealers..... so if i want a cdi- i have to find a dealer that has a ds250 in stock and convince him to sell me the cdi off that one and postpone the opportunity to sell the quad......

by the way- the cdi was ordered 2-3 weeks ago- its been sitting in the shop for almost a month- all for a stupid little black box

I have no problems getting parts. I go to Any Time Power Sports in Sacramento, CA. They usually get my parts in 2-5 business days. I have had only good luck with them and they are the best price in the area.

Default can-am parts

this is the first time they are slow though- my nerf bars and some replacement parts that were melted from touching pipes were in a few days after i ordered

just blame it on the new plants who assemble our quads now- you know who im talking about....

they should really do a better job........
