I know to remove it you need to use a press or from what I heard from other a air hammer. TO put it on what the manual states you need to put the hub in the oven and let it expand. That is what I did to mine and it slid right on over. Let it cool and then put your retaining ring on. Hope that helps.

I did for 1/2hr at 340-360 degrees...slipped right on.
