Default can-am side by side

the way our info made it out to be was that the side by side was done but their production capabilities couldnt keep up with the amount of product the people would want because the mexico facilities arent completely done yet he also said that it would be something you have never dreamt of in a side by side and it will be a pure sport machine

With a slower economy, now is a great time to bring on new product. If demand for their existing core products falter, they can pick it up with a new product launch.

A new side by side would be a great platform to introduce a true 1000cc powerplant to compete with the the thunderkitten. Then, the renegade 1000 !!!

is the artic cat 1000 any better than the 800cc can-am. although a 1000cc rotax would be a real statement to the industry, but the price would probably cause people to shy away. that is what the can-am dealer in my town says is the problem for them selling them, people have a hard time looking at the cheaper honda and yamahas on the same floor.

I for one would love to see a Can Am side by side. It doesnt need a monster engine, only one that can power the thing up the dunes! It shouldnt act like a 250EX, which a lot of them do including the Yamaha.

Yes they can be modified like a million rhinos have. If you add a ton of horsepower, (over 30) then you have to modify the clutching system and that is tedious, and it takes a long time with a lot of expense to get it right with the horsepower you add. It sure would be nice to have a regular tranny in there so horsepower mods can be done without a million hours working with spring kits.

the cheaper yamaha and arctic cat owners are buying 800 outlanders, stripping the motors out of them, and putting them in their rhinos and arctic kittys
