ebay repaid me yesterday they put the money back in my paypal account

 

i usually try to support local dealers first but sometimes there prices are out of this world, then i try ebay or the whats in my garage. 4 weeks ago i bought a big gun cdi for my ds off ebay from acjracing and after not hearing anything but thanks for the payment for 2 weeks i started emailing, had to email them 3 times and then threaten a dispute before gettin a response. they have told me its back ordered but there expecting it anyday and will ship it immediately once they get it. are the big guns for a 2000 hard to comeby or has anyone else had trouble with this seller? also they charged me 40 bucks shipping for new york to ontario
