Is there a difference between brands of disk type units? For example ODP vs. CT? I know all pipes are different but as far as a silencer, the disks are what tune it correct?

I'm sure there's a difference, I've never ran a disced setup before but I was told that the amount of disk you use actually "tunes" the exhaust. and it has a spark arrester and keeps noise level down too. Ive heard good things so far so like I said, just waitin on it to land on my door step then we'll see the difference.

Alright, got the carb mods done, and put her back in. holly crap! she revs so quick now its crazy!!

I got my endcap and cdi monday!! Thanks sandbomber! I'm gonna take it out for a test run with stock exhaust and cdi first, so I can tweak the carb a little more. should probably wait for my K&N to get here first.

Anyone got advice how to tune the exhaust with the disks? how many is everyone else running?

Put on the endcap today, had to drill my own holes but not too big of a deal. I'm running all 14 disk per advice from the source, thanks again Sandbomber! Took the bomb down the street as a test run and holy crap! throttle response now is unbelievable! I really can't imagine what it would be like to run a Lectron or a TM45! This endcap is definetly worth the money compared to a slip on. not too loud but still has a nice tone compared to the stupid stock endcap. A full system with a better flowing head pipe has got to be rediculous! Almost scared myself how easy the front wheels came up! granted i was on concrete, but still! I only made it to third and it definetly had no problem pulling.

I have yet to put on the K&N 'cause im waiting on an outerwear for it. I just want to see how this thing will run with the stock cdi before I put on the big gun, then see even more improvement. I'm so psyched!!
