Niether one of my 2 quads would work out as being more economical than my truck. Im lucky to hit 25 mpg on my quads, and thats when youre having no fun. If Im into the throttle, I know they get much less than 20mpg.
Plus riding my bike on the street doesnt exactly make me feel safe...there are lots of brain dead cage riders out there, im not sure itll feel that safe, having your head at bumper level. Not to mention having a fully locked rear differential, and the squirlly handling in the corners, on pavement.
South Dakota and Idaho and Az allow atvs to ride on the roads, and except out in the ranch and farm country, I dont see many on the pavement.

Hah in Croatia you can drive a Scooter at the age of 14... but not a car or a bike until you turn 16.

I saw an Arctic Cat driving around Vienna last year... lol

Well I know here in NJ a bike has to be a certain displacement to be once certain roadways. A DS or Raptor (above 500cc I believe) no problem. But the 450 is where the market is.. they would NOT be allowed.
