Quite a bit once you get it set up right. Just do a search for some of the TM45 threads with Hightower involved in them. He is the TM/HSR master. Lots has already been covered on this and your questions might have already been covered. Start working out that thumb, little bit heavier pull than stock.
What filter are you running? I see the Rotax exhaust. The TM will suck more air so it needs a free flowing intake/filter.

You made a great choice on the TM45.
The TM45 and TM48's are top of the line for performance.
I run a modified TM48 on my 760ex methanol build and it has so-far out-performed my dual 36's and dual 39's on alky, I keep tweaking on the duals and one day expect them to shine, but I always find myself putting the TM48 back on for the best overall performance.
