I know i don't have the money to have it profesionally ported, i'm just gonna clean it up a bit. I know if you go to crazy you can screw it up and make less power so i'll just clean up some casting marks and polish. Thanks for the offer though, that'll be the next step in a year or two.

Your guides are probably O K. Seats and valves ,check.
Your right, don't get wild . Just clean up casting flaws and maybe even bead blast the runners lightly.
Make sure to match up the intake to the head port when you doing it.

MCKAY i used a tile bit for the dremel on the intake side of the head and the intake to ruffin up after i opened it up. if you need to get in the tight spots dremel has a cuttin wheel that looks like a little ball on the end this works well in the tight spots. as for my exhaust i just got rid of all the cast left overs with sanding disc paper i guess is what youd call it. homedepot has a dremel kit that has like 200pcs itll have everything you'll need except the tile bit. i hope this helps.lol

Just thought i'd let everyone know i got it all back together on tues night, fired it up but was to late to ride, last night took it for a quick rip, and LOVED it! It definately lost some rpm off the top but it is very very tourqy now, really good throttle response. Its kinda hard to tell the full benefits because the ground is still snow covered here and i just spin alot, can't wait for some dry ground to really feel the new power. Thanks for everyones help!
