If you look around on the ribbed tubes you will see a hole on one of them, left I believe, that hose goes into that hole on the snorkel tube. It is your crankcase blowby hose and it just recirculates back through the airbox.
Breathe easy bro, we've got you here. No need to get excited, we've got MOST of your answers!lol

CDI is on the left hand side below the tank cover. Couple of 5mm nuts holding it on.

Depending on where you live some of the OMR mods may not apply. The majority of us out West here don't even have an airbox so naturally we don't have the snorkels either. If you're not mudding or crossing creeks I would lose all of the intake stuff. Well except for the filter.
If you start shittn' bricks about doing the mods on the carb PM me and I'll send you my number...

i live in north east and muddy/dusty trails so box is on..so if i mod the snorkel tubes do i need to still stick blowby hose for crank case somewhere ?

Yes, the clear tube. I've capped off the nipple on the carb and plugged the hole on the snorkel, eliminating the clear tube altogether.

Like I stated most of us out West that have done this mod don't have any box or snorkels at all so I wouldn't feel edjucated enough about the whole sump pump hose portion to provide any input. I do know this though, just doing the carb portion of the mods made a very noticable difference, especially in response to stabbing the throttle. No lag or building up speed, nail it and your off to the races.

I've seen some bikes that maintained the box and just removed the snorkels completely, still made a big difference. OMR has put a lot of time and effort into perfecting this so if you have the option of doing exactly as he instucts I would do it. If you can only do a portion you will still see great gains in performance.

5mm ball end allen wrench will get you in there. DO NOT strip it first and then go buy the proper tool. It's much cheaper to spend a little up front and do it right to begin with.
There are two o-rings between the intake and the head that you need to keep up with also.

Is the porting still $50 with a core turn in? Seems like somebody said awhile back it was around $75 now. Just curious.
