2020 Can Am Maverick Trail 1000m DPS

My machine started making a loud ratcheting sound when i turn to the right. Started about 200 miles ago, it has 2500 miles it. Took it to the dealer where it was purchased and they heard the noise but were no help, cost me $250 and all they did was grease it and tell me they could not find the problem. The things I have checked thus far are: put new front axles on, no help front bearings were fine, replaced rear bearings, they were a little loose, no help, rear cv joints look good, all splines look good, cannot find any obvious loose parts. It sounds like it is coming from the rear of the vehicle. When i drove it the other day I had a passenger with me who weighed about 210 lb. strange thing is it did not make the noise when turning when he was in the passenger seat, as soon as he got out and it turned right the noise was there. Looked at the clutches and they look good from a visual inspection, have not taken them apart to check inside but there are no loose parts. Any Ideas. Not too happy with the dealer.

Don't know the model at all, but worn CV joints make a clack, clack, clack, noise even if the CV shaft and boots look fine, especially on IRS rear CVs. IRS bikes tend to have the driveshafts at a stupidly steep angle to give a bit of extra ground clearance, so CVs are working hard all the time and, with no diff in the back end, there is a lot of pressure on the shafts when turning on hard surfaces. Dealer should have been able to diagnose that though. I can tell straight away if a bike has CV trouble, just which one, is harder to diagnose.
