Baja looks good... Front mounted Radiator fan,,, New A-arms,,,re-inforced wheels,,,,tachometer,,,. Hopefully the regular new DS will get the A-arms and fan,,,Can we retro the tach?? I think a lot of us would like that! This is going to make the DS competitive again.
These improvements would sure make a difference in one of those Shoot-outs....And this is what we've been doing to ours anyway. I wonder if they put better front shocks on it??

Yea,I wonder if we can put the tachomenter, and new front lights,on our DS's.I wonder how those Ohsu tires work on the DS?They are great on my Honda.Bombardier is going to go for total domination of the ATV market. PS.Fourlix--The magazines were full of bull then, and I bet they will be full of bull now, on the new Baja DS.They wont believe that a company (New to atv's) can come in out of no where, and set standards on the company's that have been here for years.

Also does anyone know how much the DS50 is ..looking for a quad for a younger rider??

The arms are stronger, but the geometry is the same. I understand that the wheel offset is changed though, and I guess that helps the stearing twichyness.
Mudmunster, the weight your looking at is the gross vehicle weight. It only gained 15 [or maybe 25] lbs. The 750lbs is quad + rider and gear.
I've got my dealer working on getting parts for the upgrades already. Hopefully Bombardier will let them go, and not be afraid of loosing sales of the Baja due to people upgrading there current DS's.

I can't imagine anyone except for the most wealthy of us all, being so fortunate as to just, 'buy another one' the next year because they are better. I haven't seen any car companies worry too much about hurting new sales etc. I'd like to think that Bombardier wouldn't restrict those parts sales either, I have to agree that a lot of those parts are things I've bought or still want to buy.
