well the dealer won my support today. he gave me a new quad. granted i gave him a hard time on saturday and was disappointed that i didnt have it for the weekend, he still came through and gave me the results i was asking for. in the end i cant ask anything more from from him. he displayed the ultimat in customer satifaction. i will recomend him to anyone that ask me my opinion. also bombardier deserves thumbs up for their part. thanks to everyone the gave me input. the saint

That's great news! Hopefully Bombardier makes it right w/ the dealer so he doesn't have to eat it on this one. That does bring the confidence in them back a little.

thesaint,

Why not post the dealer's contact info for anyone looking for that sort of thing. Good dealers are hard to come by, and anyone who steps up to the plate and really takes care of his customers deserves patronage and commendation. This was we can weed out the loser dealers.

That is great to here Saint! Blackhawk is right, please post this dealers name and contact info so we all know who the stand up is. That is exactly what he should have done, but many dealers would not have. I know of several customers that would drive past the closest dealer, to go to one with a reputation for good service, I've done it myself.
