ITRACERX, the difference with the twist throttles (1/8, 1/4 and so on) is the amount of twist you give it from the closed throttle position to the wide open position. For example, a 1/2 twist will rotate 180 degrees from closed to open.

 

motion pro vortex is a 1/8 turn, their turbo that comes with stage1 is 1/4 turn, the turbo is impossible to use because you twist so far.
