You can try re-torquing first. If you haven't eaten away too much at the head gasket it may seal up without installing a new gasket.
You have to remove the cams to access all the head bolts/nut. The cam cover needs to be torqued precisely to 89 in-lbs. You will need a low range torque wrench for this, a typical torque wrench will not be accurate at this low torque.
NOTE: DO NOT OVER TORQUE THE 8mm HEAD BOLTS!!!!!!!!!!
The 8mm head bolts are spec'd at 28N-M (BMW spec) http://faq.f650.com/FAQs/Photos/HGas.../HeadBolts.jpg

The 8mm head bolts are spec'd at 33N-M (Bombardier spec)
I'D RECOMMEND A CONSERVATIVE TORQUE FOR THE 8mm HEAD BOLTS!!!!
The 8mm bolts break easily. The 8mm cylinder threads strip easily.
The 10mm stud nuts are spec'd at 50N-M (BMW spec)
The 10mm stud nuts are spec'd at 60N-M (Bombardier spec)
The torque spec on the cam chain tensioner bolt is 30ft-lbs.
