Faster- I dropped in a JE piston, web cams, shim under bucket valve spings, head work and the carbs- hard to say what the carbs alone added but I'm pleased with the results.

Al - that is a killer price on those carbs! look forward to seeing the 703 run with em.

That's good info VEGAS650 (Al).

I will call Tom on Friday and see what he gives me for a price on a pair of 35's. My guess is that the 35's set-up for the Rap could be more, there is a pretty good demand for these.

I will check on Fri. and let ya know, thanks!

Yah it's ridable alright, He put the hurtin on all of us at Little Sahara UT. I was Very impressed with how well it ran, it sounded smooth and powerfull all the time and that included when we followed him on the trails.

Major, did you come up with anything yet on the oil lines?

Jeff- I'm going to update both my crackcase breather line as well as the main oil supply line ( the fitting w/the "T&quotto prevent air from getting in the lines in the event of a roll over. I'll have to come up with a fitting to attach the hose to the oil tank.
I was goofing around on Sat at the dunes and turned my bike on it's side( no damage to report) and in the process got an air bubble in the lines and ended up having to crack open the bleeder screw to get circulation restored, with the wind blowing it did not make for an ideal environment to be playing in the oil. So I'll just fix it once and for all.

Demon- I'm just going to order the factory parts that come standard on the newer bikes.

Wayne, $599 was for carbs only.

Jeff told me to get the intake from my local BMW dealer.
