I plan on porting the head in a few weeks and wanted to plan ahead and get some bigger jets for the carb. I didn't notice many guys running big jets on Buttfungus' site. I am running a 190 mikuni and was planning on getting as many jets as I can for fine tuning. Should I just go to the dealership?

You can buy Mikuni jets from a bunch of places, for $2.00 each. Dennis Kirk is a good source, and Sudco (look'em up on the net) is a carb dealer that can give you what you need too. The biggest Dynojet makes is 210, but you don't want to use them unless you're running a Dynojet needle too.

Yep, Sudco is the cheapest place to get the mikuni stock N102/221 Small Round main jets. The largest size they sell is a 200. They have 50-200 in 2.5 increments.

I am pretty sure you have to be a Dealer to buy anything from Sudco though>

Alba action sports carries them and can order them for you. They get them from Sudco. I've never tried to order from Sudco myself.

Yes, indeed the largest jet anyone makes is a 200. Does that stand for .200" ?? Should I just bore out a few jets I have lying around. Is the carb too small to handle any more fuel? Should I step up to a 45mm?

Rockey,
The 200 means it flows 200cc's of fuel per minute.
I'm guessing that no larger jets are made because this carb probably isn't capable of flowing enough air to constitute the need for a larger jet than 200 to maintain the desired fuel/air ratio.
You're still stock piped, although baffle free, and even if you increase the potential of the motor to move more air by porting, I doubt that you will be able to flow enough air through the stock carb and pipe to need a jet larger than 200 mikuni.
