rage'n toy hauler
#31
My thoughts exactly JSsDS. More competition=lower prices for the consumer With all the extras we want on the extreme the list is 34k, they will give it to us for 27k. For a weekend warrior from giantrv, the best price they would give us was 26k and they are the cheapest anywhere. Also for WW, they add on $1000 for smooth sides. Extremes it comes standard. For $1000 more u get an ice maker, ceiling fan, lots of diamond plate all over the trailer, 4 walkie talkies plus a built in recharger, and an interior that is much nicer than the WW's, and i am sure there are other things i cant remember right now. << here is all the info on the extreme features. It also have a heavier duty ramp. 2500lbs. And not listed there is there is an aluminum subframe. extreme trailers info
I am not saying the WW's arent nice. They are very similar with the extremes getting the edge for the extra features. We have a 24' dunes right now and we will be getting a bigger toy hauler this fall or winter. We are either gonna get a fb3000 WW or a 30txu extreme. Sean >>
They do appear simular but the WW does have a #2500lb door also. When I saw the extreme in Phoenix at the sportsman show it listed $5k more than the same size WW. Maybe these guys were gouging, who knows. I like the ceiling fan, wish I had 1 in my WW but where else was the $5k (again imho) The paint ? Ice maker ? 2-way radios ? IMHO gimicks without those these tralors both seem to built simular and IMHO both are a little pround of thems selves and what they charge. This much is for sure, I'll never tent again and I hope you guys enjoy your trailors what ever they be.
