I too have to drive 17-18 hours to get to St Anthonys, so I'll save it for my 2 week vacation in July. Dumont and Glamis are 3 hours each for me. And Pismo is about 4 hours. Dumont has some big dunes like St Anthonys but far fewer. 100'?? Multiply that several times over on most of the dunes at St Anthonys Choke Cherry is 300' + Devils is msuch more than that. LS Utah has sand mountain that IMO is the ultimate hill to drag on. I forget how long and how many feet you climb in elevation.??
