Default Question about carb adjustments

Hi, new here and have never had any experience with this type of quad before and need to know if there are any set number of screw turns out from fully screwed in on a carb with a model number on the bike of 7VCOX150AA1. To get you up to date on the reason I need this info is that my father in law bought it used and when he test drove it, it would crank and idle perfectly but would starve for fuel on the top end or so he thought. Long story short, got it home, it was driven for 10 minutes or so until warm and he adjusted the screws not knowing which one does what and it did run better on top end but once it was parked and cooled off it doesn't want to start unless he crimps off the gas line and spins it over for a while. Also, please tell me which is the air adjustment and which is the fuel adjustment screw. Now that he's got it all out of wack he is afraid to touch it anymore....go figure!....LOL!

we would need the engine type/size like 150 or 250 etc. THere is a post right at top of the forum here that covers adjusting carbs.

Sorry, it's a 2007 model 110cc, and yeah, I found that post above shortly after posting this one and after reading it and remembering that the first owner told him that it's always done that sputtering since they first bought it, I'm willing to bet they probably didn't know to let it idle the first 30 minutes to dilute the gel pack, fine tune it after warm up, or change the oil. So I guess my next question will be IF they did indeed drive it and the gel pack didn't dilute properly, should I remove the carb and clean it or will it hurt to drive it some more and it will take care of itself? I have never seen or heard of such a thing so I hope that's not a stupid question to ask. I hope to get it running for him soon so the grand kids can enjoy riding it when they visit. It's a clean bike and it was garage kept....heck, it almost looks brand new, just have to get it to run that way . I really feel bad for him because he's upset that he messed it up and they can't enjoy it.
