grease zirk ?

Yes grease nipple.

I got off track there I thought you were talking about your rear swing arm bushings/bearings.

As for the front control arm bushings you may want to Check Jetmoto's site as the 250 Jetmoto's actually use bearings in the front control arms. Perhaps they would fit??

My 150 jetmoto uses rubber bushings and the top ones need replacing. I'm thinking of maybe making some bushings for it too. Anyone with a lathe could make them up in no time.

i have 8 of these bushings to replace and dont wanna go down the route of buying new swing arms from vbike just for the bushings as the whole front set of swing arms upper and lower come to $180 and it will still have the cheaper bushings in it....i try to replace all parts with better quality one as i go
I gotta stop reading to fast!!

What did you want to pay for 8 of them? Any idea of what you would want them made out of? Oil lite Bronze or some kind of brass would be my thought...I have a lathe and could make a set...wonder how many other people would buy them? hmmmm

i'll pay for them if you pump me out 8 !!!!!!!!! work out a fair price and remember i am in michigan so polyurethane will be a cheaper postal option but whatever you see fit to make them from is fine.i can always post you the control arm so you can make it from having the original there on site

Polyurethane is better to cast than machine..Let me look around at a few materials/prices and get back to you...maybe nylon? Ill look for some hard plastics too...Some sort of Bronze will be more expensive but would most likely last forever...

Certainly keep looking...seems amazing that no one makes/sells them...must be a lot of people buying the whole a-arm?

god only knows....theres proberly some sweat shop paying 50c per day to some dreary slave to pump out thousands......also i found a guy up here today that has a lathe and said he "should be able to come up with something"

well i will keep you informed.....might have made you a little sideline with bushing production lol
