Default New china atv.

Not sure of the brand, but it's a 125g... 125cc sport atv.. Just picked it up last Tuesday.. I have a questions though... When I was putting it together, and it was still sorta in the crate.. Basically jacking the front up, and then the rear to assemble it.. Was working alone... I noticed that all the castle nuts in the front suspension where loose.. The cotter pin was installed etc.. Was just wondering if I need to install washers so I can tighten them, or is that normal for them to be loose like that??? Also does anybody know the ngk plug that would take??? Finally i noticed for the rear chain adjustment.. The bolts go through the bracket for the chain adjustment.. And both nuts are stacked togther on the outter side of the bracket.. I thought one nut should be on the inside of the bracket, and the other on the outside to adjust the chain????

Do put another washer on the castle nuts to aline the grove and hole better or they will alwys be sloppy (you can see on my web site where I did this to my Jets also). The two nuts on the outer side of the axle is correct, one is there to lock the first from coming lose!

Pour the lock tite to anything you put together, some people take apart what has arrived already together to add lock tite.
