110cc Wont Start
#11
It's Fixed
It was a bad spark plug boot. When I pull the boot off to check for spark it worked fine. What was happening the boot was real close to the head, and when I put it on the spark would jump the gap and ground out on the head, not getting to the plug.
So temp fix is electrical tape until a new boot arrives.
I want to thank everyone for the help.

if it started before it will start again. turn the air/mix screw in until it just seats all the way down, now run the idle srew all the way out. now 1/2 turn on the air/mix screw and while cranking slowly turn in the idle screw( let the starter cool off a few seconds after cranking a few) until it starts to hit. then keep on till it starts to run. after that you can adjust the air/mix and idle till it smooth
