Moved the needle clip down one notch, it was originally in the very middle notch. It got a little better. Moved to the lowest notch and that worked. Took it for some test runs around the pool (clockwise, lol) and this thing has some serious torque.

Trying to find a longer throttle cable and then I can button this quad up.

We dont allow that so some one can't trash talk or worse and then edit his or her post..

Thats pretty cheap all things considered. Very cool...

Id think getting a larger main jet would help performance..The needle only adjusts a small range.. a larger pilot jet would help with starting/warm up.
All Chinese 4 strokes come jetted lean to pass CARB and or EPA tests..

Yes, I was going to drill out the main jet as I now have a spare carb for parts. I may do this in the future. I just hate how difficult it is to remove the carb. So far so good tho.

Out of all my Chinese quads my 250 and 125 are the easiest for carb removal, etc... The rest absolutely suck.. most need the manifold loosened so you can get to the bolts connecting the carb to the manifold... add in the choke cable and its stupid at times.. but then again trying to reach a choke lever on the carb would suck too...I now use fuel stabilizer in all my of road vehicles just so I dont have to remove the carb..

Painted the Wheels on Saturday, mounted the tires on Monday. Installed new metal valve stems.

About 80% done. Just need to install the rear plastic and foot plastics. Then install the rear rack.

I am still not sure if I want to keep the front and rear guards chrome. Thinking of getting them black chrome powdercoated.

Been riding it around the pool

Gotta get it registered before I can take it out to the Trails or Rec Parks.
