Default chinese 110cc atv "idle screw"?

Hey guys, I have a chinese Taotao 110cc atv and it seems like all the adjustment screws have a brass block off plug in them, all of them except one, which the manual describes as the "idle adjust screw". Im used to carb's have an idle air adjustment screw and an idle fuel adjustment screw. Is this single "idle adjust screw" on my chinese 110cc carb the idle AIR adjustment, idle FUEL adjustment, or somehow both in one screw? Im just kind of confused since Im more used to seeing two, one for idle air and one for idle fuel.

Thanks for the clarification everybody!

I guess another way people describe them are idle speed adjustment screw and idle mixture adjustment screw. Which one is this single adjustment screw on my chinese 110cc atv?

It is going to be the idle speed screw. Most air fuel screws on quads are set at the factory and you are not supposed to alter them. Tuning mods like different air filters and exhausts may require a different air/fuel setting but the screw is unlikely to do much as it is for the mixture at low speeds. If the bike runs OK, don't fiddle with the mixture screw, if it doesn't, the carb probably needs cleaning rather than mixture alterations.

There are also write ups on removing that block, which will have the a/f screw underneath it. I just bought a generator that has a block on it, I keep getting surging idling. Cleaned the carb and no change. Ended up buying a new carb for like $18 and this one had a visable a/f screw. Richened up the mixture and away went the surging.

Not all carbs, but some. If you only have one adjustable screw, then it's most likely to adjust the idle setting.

No the adjustable screw is the idle speed, the air/fuel mixture screw may, or may not be sealed off.

I take a dremel tool with a cut off disc on it & put a slot in the air mixture brass insert then I take a straight screwdriver & unscrew the insert out, under it is you air mixture screw that you can adjust
