It has a lever for Forward-Neutral-Reverse, kind of like the Baja Motorsports do.

I did repairs on a machine with a similar engine. The make was on the vin tag, but wasn't supported by any of the Chinese parts suppliers, and parts for over 110cc versions of the E22 Honda clone engine are very bad to get. The starter clutch springs had gone, I ended up buying Honda 90 ones, and stretching them to fit. Are you sure it is 150cc, the biggest I have seen was 125cc?

Seller says it's a 150cc. I haven't looked at it yet. I had asked previously to give me the markings on the quad, but he said to come check it out. Must not be in a hurry to sell it and I'm not in a hurry to buy anything I can't ID. I did do some googling and i believe your right as far as the cc size. I bet it is a 125cc.

Really looks like this GMX 125cc, but without the hand shift lever.

Found a 2012 video of a 125cc GMX Farm Quad with the same shift lever.
