As for your wiring, while the colours are important, it is MUCH MORE important for the circuit to be wired correctly so each wire goes to the right component in order to perform the right task. If you go ONLY by the wire colours then you may end up mixing up the wires.
the cdi is 5 pin black box with green plug . today i receive another new magneto stater and still the same the only new thing is tha i wass getting in the white and yellow plug from stater 4 v tha before wass like 0.7 . i check the wire again and looks good . i test the yellow n black wire from the cdi to coil and still nothing give me 0.17 v or less . i been 1 month in this bro and getting crazy . can you please tell me everything tha i need to doo or check , if you wass me please . i dont wan to give up lol

The only thing I may GUESS to be the problem is your wiring. You don't have to replace it but do a COMPLETE check on ALL the wires especially the ground to determine if there is a "leak" somewhere. Check all the contacts at the sockets and the switches.

Did you eventually fix the problem? If not I would like to apologise to you for not telling the right procedure for this particular problem. I don't know how and why I got mixed up. Today I repaired an ATV with the same problem that's when I realised I had misled you.
Anyway the test you should have been doing is between the red/black stripe wire and ground. Ground should be the green wire or the bike frame. The AC voltage you must read must be over 20V while cranking.
If it is over 20V AC and you still have no spark then we will try something else.
