Default No power

We have a 110 coolster dirt bike, tried starting it this year and sounded very weak. I bought a new battery and still nothing. Replaced the cdi,, ignition coil, spark plugs, voltage regulator and starter. The battery reads 12.6 and when put on the battery charger it reads 13.2. It will only try and turn over if it’s hooked up to the battery charger. I’m thinking it could be the statorbit don’t want to just be replacing parts. There is no spark coming from the plug and when I read the blue cable from the strong get a reading of 1. Any thoughts?

You have replaced a load of parts that have nothing to do with the starter circuit, which tells me you don't know enough to fix it. Let someone who does know bike electrics, take a look at it. Original fault was probably a bad earth, but now? The stator has nothing to do with the starter circuit either, except for topping the battery up once the bike is running.
