28' toy hauler travel trailer camper - like new!
2008 28'+ Work and Play, by Forest River, Travel Trailer Toy Hauler - $16,750.00
This trailer is in excellent condition clean inside and out - like new! Plus lots of modifications!
Work and Play are built on a cargo hauler frame - width is 8`6" not the standard 8` - so you can even haul a small car!
Sleeps 4-6. Dimensions 28 foot long 32 ft overall with tongue, 8'6" feet wide 7'5" feet tall. Gvwr 11340, Tandem axle.
TT has a lot of features including: front Diamond plate chip guard, nice Aluminum wheels, 4 corner stabilizers, Fiberglass exterior, pull down rear screen.
The camper also has aluminum roof (never need to fix!) a huge 20`x12' awning, nice pull down mini blinds, flood light in the loading area on the ramp, exterior AC outlets.
Bathroom with Toilet & Shower, Dinette has a table that makes into a double bed, 30 gallon water tank; 6 gallon hot water tank; 30 gallon grey; and 35 gallon black water tank, 50 or 30 amp service, 2 door Gas/Electric refrigerator/freezer, microwave, 2 basin sink, , 3 burner stove w/ exhaust Vent hood & gas range, full shower, Marine foot flush toilet, outside shower, two big 30lb propane tanks, one ducted furnace and two very cold roof AC, bathroom fan, garage side vents, two LCD TV, Jensen stereo with 4 interior speakers, screen closure and full vinyl closure over ramp door , TV antenna with built in signal booster, exterior cable TV jack, etc.
Garage is 11x8.6x7.7 completely separated from the living area by a sliding closet style door, This camper has always (even with first owner) been properly maintained. so it`s really clean, totally leak rust free and ready for fun. We have all original owners manuals for RV and ALL appliances, including the TV.
Modified or newly installed: (all modification I could find on Forest River user's web site).
Brand-new, never been used Queen front bedroom mattress, comforter & sheets (with storage under bed), installed huge 40"x24"26" front PVC cargo box (set of three 12v batteries inside) with two vents, new Topline RV Roof ladder, two waterproof marine 12V outlets one inside one outside with in-line 10A fuse, Bank of three 12V batteries with 100A Master kill switch, Spare tire moved to back door, installed 4" housing for sewer line, new two walk-in steps(old was one), , two Max Air RV roof vent covers, , new Horst Miracle probes -- newer needed to be replaced (black/gray tanks sensors), Wall mount Wet/Dry shop vac with 20' hose that has a remote and can set to blow mode, Diamond plate 48" fluorescent Shop light in garage, Fishing pole brackets, back corner rollers, motorcycle self locking wheel choke, brand new! CO2, smoke, propane/natural gas alarms, , new outside shower *****, Modify shelving in closets, Installed multicolor LED lights in dinette aria, new 7 way trailer hook-up cable, set of two screen door magnetic catches, screen door cross bar, heavy duty propane tank cover, Set of two SS door catches, Knife Safe 9"x11" holder, 5' E Track tie down rail system, and much more.
Just serviced:
two roof AC coils flushed & cleaned, Flushed water heater & installed new aluminum anode rod, newly sealed roof/sides joints, marine coating on fiberglass, electric tong hoist. Flashed black & gray tanks, sanitized fresh water tank. Electrical breaks, LP bottles are filled up!
Comes with: all accessories for trailering and hook ups. Leveling scissor jack socket, Included is Sway bar control and weight distribution bars chains and hardware, 50/30 amp power cord, water and sewer hose, Military steal wood stove, RV Tandem Tire Changing ramp, set of two Tire wheel choke, Full LP bottles etc. Ready for dry camping!
If you want a very nice loaded with modifications Work and Play ready for camping tomorrow for about half the price of a new one, this is it.
Tires are about a year old and only have a few hundred miles on them.
