I have a set of mudlites on my 84 200s and they will pull you through anything.

ive got 28 in titan 589M/Ts they have a built in rim saver and work very well in mud the mudlights seem very soft and more liable for flats

Default Itp 589's vs. Mudlites

The Mud Lites aren't going to go flat any sooner than any other tire. They are a good tire, rode with a group of riders this past weekend and several had the Mud Lites and no one had any complaints.
