power sliding mud tires.

I would get the Dirt Devils. A combination of price, good wear, good self-cleaning(not in
thick mud), and great roosting ability make these a good choice. Although, be warned...
they run shorter in height than the advertised height.

I didn't think that SUZUKI was looking for "the" best mud tire, but one that would slide sideways well...

X... thats going to take more than one post & alot of debate...LOL... General consensus, as to "the best" mud tire usually goes to either the Vampire EDL's, or Outlaws ( depending on the "type" of mud )... I have had really good luck with my 28" Zilla's, but did up 2 "special" sets of tires to take to the Mud Nationals... one set of... 8 - 25" X 10" X 12" Paddlemasters ( running duals front & rears ), & one set of ... 32" X 7" tractor treads on custom wheels... I'm also partial to the Goodyear Mudrunners... I've had very good luck with a set of them, in 26"... the GBC Mud Hogs are a nearly identical tire ( skelletonized lugs over the Mudrunners solid lugs ), should mean a little better traction on hardpack & slippery logs etc... but they'll probably wear faster also... but they are also usually much cheaper...
I'd still put the 589's & the Mud Bugs in the top 10 somewhere, & the 589's are well known to wear like iron, as do the Mud Runners... as far as the 589's, I like the Titan 589 MT's better than the ITP 589's... also Kenda has a new tire, the Executioner, which is nearly the same as the Titan 589 MT's, however they are cheaper, & incorporate a rim protector as well...
the best of mud tires usually are horrible trail tires, but if you don't have to have "the best" mud tire, the Mud Bugs, Mudrunners & Mud Hogs, & the 589 clones should all provide at least tolorable ride & muding qualities...
