Yeah, just buy one from RPM. Houser makes them now too. They're pretty cheap. Try going to a local fab shop. It doesn't take much to make one. Why do you want to go +6? I went +1 1/4" and it works great for motocross.

Sounds like you are gearing up for drags or hill shooting. You can buy the housing prefab but the rails must be engineered at home. Try http://www.jjandaracing.com/ , they've got some neat flamed housings. Lots of places to buy mild steel tubing online. You'll have to buy a new bearing carrier if you buy a prefab housing, they aren't set up for the stock bearing carrier.

If you want to buy one new, Craycraft Racing sold me a chromed +8 drag-only for an excellent price, check it out in my pics. You can also get a sturdier construction version if you plan to jump.

Not a generous dyno and jetting way too rich, it still made 60 hp. If the A/F curve stayed between 13.5:1 and 14:1 (perfect jetting), I think it would have been closer to 70 hp with the HP peak around 9000 rpm. I dropped main jets one size after the dyno run and picked up 300 rpm on the top end but my exhaust gas temps were still 100 degress below Bob Craycraft's personal Raptor, mine was still running rich.
